The Gansu Dingxi liquid cooling data centre is part of the Information and Computing Industry-Education Integration Engineering Education Digital Centre Training Base project jointly organized by the Government and the National Green Digital Exchange. 

The project is expected to save more than 35% of electricity consumption for the data centre by adopting the single-phase immersion liquid-cooling technology and products of KeenCool, and the completed data centre will be put into full operation, which will provide computing power while promoting the construction of local liquid-cooling and new energy compatible professional disciplines, training bases and special vocational education institutions, and helping to build a "low-carbon network"of computing power resources.
